The consultant will work closely with the founders to analyze our business model, platform dynamics, and growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations for long-term success.

Role Overview

As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will provide high-level strategic guidance on how to scale a creator-driven platform in the adult industry.

Your focus will be on business model optimization, platform dynamics, monetization strategy, and long-term growth opportunities.

This role is advisory, not operational.

Responsibilities

• Business Model & Monetization
• Evaluate the current business model and revenue structure
• Identify opportunities to improve monetization and revenue per user
• Advise on pricing models, commission structures, and creator payouts
• Provide insights into monetization strategies used by successful adult platforms
• Platform Strategy
• Analyze the balance between traffic, paying users, and creator supply
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve platform liquidity
• Identify opportunities to improve user retention and platform engagement
• Market & Competitive Analysis
• Provide insights into the adult creator platform ecosystem
• Analyze competitor strategies and positioning
• Identify trends and opportunities within the adult entertainment market
• Growth & Scaling
• Help define the long-term strategy for scaling the platform
• Identify operational and strategic improvements that can support growth
• Provide guidance on building a sustainable creator marketplace

Requirements

• Strong experience in the adult entertainment industry
• Experience with creator platforms, cam platforms, or adult marketplaces
• Deep understanding of adult platform business models
• Experience advising or operating digital platforms or marketplaces
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Preferred Background

• Former operator, founder, or executive within the adult industry
• Experience working with live cam platforms or creator platforms
• Experience advising marketplace or platform-based businesses
• Strong understanding of platform economics and creator ecosystems
