Human Resource Information System Manager - IRIS Cascade
The HRIS Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for our suite of HR systems and data platforms, ensuring that technology effectively enables HR service delivery and decision-making. This role is pivotal in developing, optimising, and maintaining our people systems, which currently include Iris Cascade, Anaplan and other tools as required.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive efficiency, user experience, and strategic insight across the HR function. They will work with the HR Data & Insights Specialist and collaborate closely with the wider HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure systems are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary system owner for core HR platforms including Iris Cascade, Peakon, LinkedIn Learning and Anaplan.
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, testing, and ongoing enhancement of HR systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements through effective use of HR technology.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure HR systems are secure, stable, and well integrated with wider business platforms.
- Maintain high standards of HR data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across all systems.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant local data protection regulations.
- Develop and deliver HR dashboards, analytics, and insights in collaboration with the HR Data & Insights Specialist.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Provide training, guidance, and documentation to improve user adoption, capability, and best practice.
- Stay up to date with HR technology, automation, and AI trends, supporting system upgrades and innovation aligned with global HR teams.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing or administering HR systems (Iris Cascade or similar HRIS experience essential).
- Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for digital transformation and data-driven HR.
- Experience with broader HR systems, such Learning Management, Employee Engagement and Applicant Tracking systems.
- Solid understanding of HR data structures, reporting, and data integrity management.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with GDPR and global data privacy considerations.
