The Opportunity

We are undergoing significant organisational and cultural transformation as we evolve into a more digitally enabled, agile business. We are looking for a Learning & Culture Partner to support this journey by aligning learning, leadership and engagement initiatives with business priorities.

This is a key partnering role working closely with senior stakeholders and HR colleagues to embed practical, high-impact learning and culture solutions across both direct and extended workforce populations (including outsourced partners).

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Partnering with senior leaders to diagnose capability and culture needs.
  • Designing and delivering leadership and learning initiatives aligned to business strategy.
  • Supporting cultural transformation through practical, measurable interventions.
  • Embedding agile, data-informed learning approaches using modern learning technologies.
  • Driving colleague engagement initiatives using insight and analytics.
  • Integrating DE&I principles into leadership, talent and culture activity.
  • Supporting leadership capability development across multiple levels.
  • Working across internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Managing multiple initiatives with strong delivery focus and clear outcomes.

This role balances strategic alignment with hands-on execution.

About You

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in Learning, Organisational Development or Culture roles.
  • Experience shaping and delivering leadership development programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder partnering capability with senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting business transformation or change initiatives.
  • Confidence using data and insight to inform learning and engagement strategy.
  • Strong programme management and delivery capability.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with strong personal accountability.
  • CIPD qualified (MCIPD/FCIPD preferred) or equivalent experience.
