Thanks to their growth they are currently looking for a recruitment consultant for their offices in London. They need someone who is results driven, ambitious and confident to succeed in a fast paced environment.

The Role

You will be part of a team working covering the European regions. With the support of your manager, you will start to find, qualify, interview and present top candidates with a particular specialising on a particular vertical. You will build long term relationships with big international companies and you will take ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, from business development to resourcing.

You will become a recognised specialist in your sector and you will be regarded as one of the best consultants in your area.

As you move up the ladder you will have the opportunity to mentor and then lead a team of consultants, passing your knowledge and experience through a structured training program.
