You’re probably the person who ends up thinking...

“why are we building it like this?”

And then just getting on with it anyway.

If you’ve ever wanted to actually have a say in how things are built, this is one of those roles.

It’s a full rebuild. They’ve got an existing system for managing estates and wills and it’s just not up to scratch, so they’re starting again properly.

You’ll be the React-leaning full stack dev in that team. React on the front, C# .NET 8 on the backend.

The interesting bit though is the direction they’re going in.

They’re using AI to automate a lot of the manual work lawyers do. Pulling data from documents, mapping financial info, cutting down hours of admin.

So if you’ve been curious about AI or already experimenting with it, you’ll get to actually build with it here.

You won’t just be handed tickets either. You’ll be speaking to the lawyers, understanding the problem, and then building something that actually works for them.

It’s much more problem solving than just coding.
