Sales Executive

Business Development Manager | Northampton (3 days a week) | £40–45k + commission

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for a growing CRM software business in Northampton.

But here’s the key thing... we’re not looking for someone to follow a script. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, ideas, and a bit of chaos (the good kind). Someone who’s happy to try things, test things, and figure out what actually works to break into new markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Going after new business in your own way (not just the “company way”)
  • Coming up with creative ways to open doors and start conversations
  • Getting out there... events, partnerships, local networking, whatever works
  • Running the full sales cycle from first convo through to close
  • Working closely with leadership to shape how sales is actually done

You’ll have support, tools, and a solid product... but you won’t be boxed in.
