About the Role

167 Solutions is partnering with a global organisation delivering both B2B and B2C services to recruit an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst on an initial 3–6 month contract. Acting as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, you'll play a central role in shaping how the Salesforce platform supports the organisation's diverse customer base.

Working across both B2B and B2C functions, you'll gather and translate requirements, map processes and ensure solutions are delivered to a high standard within a fast-paced, international environment. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders across global business units to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and requirement-gathering meetings across B2B and B2C teams.
  • Map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce Developers and Architects.
  • Support the configuration and optimisation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business objectives.
  • Define, plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scripts and sign-off.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Produce clear documentation, process flows and stakeholder reporting.
  • Support change management, training and user adoption across the platform.

Key Technical Skills

Essential

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Salesforce projects and implementations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent requirements-gathering, process-mapping and documentation skills.
  • Experience writing user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, capabilities and declarative features (Flows, automation).
  • Experience planning and coordinating UAT and end-to-end testing cycles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst).
  • Experience working within global or multi-region Salesforce environments.
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C business models.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of complementary clouds (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud) or integration concepts.
