We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing digital transformation and seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to help shape high-performing customer experiences and business processes.

• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools
• Develop across Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, aligning with sprint timelines and best practices
• Lead technical delivery including clean, testable code, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub), and seasonal release management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise on platform capabilities and improvements
• Provide platform oversight and resolve both project-based and BAU issues
• Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers

• Proven experience in enterprise-level Salesforce development
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC, and API integrations
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, security models, and data architecture
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Agile delivery
• Expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud (Experience Cloud or Sales Cloud is a plus)
• Clear, confident communication and documentation skills
