We are delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding, commercially minded Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a rapidly scaling, internationally focused organisation in Paris.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand support, ensuring seamless coordination across business priorities, stakeholders and strategic initiatives. This is a very strategic EA role. You will be embedded within a founder-led environment where expectations are high, the pace is relentless but exciting, and discretion is paramount.

The CEO has an exceptionally driven and outcome-focused working style, operating across multiple time zones and engaging with senior, high-profile stakeholders. As such, this role requires a resilient, solutions-oriented individual who can operate with precision, communicate succinctly, and take ownership with confidence.

The role is based in Paris and requires a strong on-site presence. Working patterns are aligned to a senior leadership schedule and will require flexibility across European and international time zones.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• Providing senior-level, strategic EA support to the CEO

• Managing a highly complex and evolving international diary with strong prioritisation

• Acting as a professional gatekeeper and communication filter

• Coordinating interactions with senior stakeholders, including government, investors and partners

• Preparing briefing materials and ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements

• Tracking actions and ensuring consistent follow-through across key initiatives

• Acting as a central point of coordination across business and leadership activities

• Managing complex international travel planning and logistics

• Drafting and managing communications in both French and English

• Supporting ad hoc projects linked to strategic and operational priorities

• Maintaining organisation, structure and efficiency within a fast-moving environment

• Building strong relationships across internal and external networks

• Providing seamless support across both professional and broader day-to-day priorities as required

• Ad-hoc personal tasks

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• At least 5–10+ years of proven experience supporting a CEO, Founder or senior executive in a high-performance environment

• Fully bilingual in French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, global, high-pressure settings

• Outstanding technical capability and confidence using modern tools, including AI to enhance productivity

• Demonstrable ability to manage complexity with precision and sound judgement

• High levels of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and naturally proactive

• Calm, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs

• Ability to build trust quickly and operate as a true right-hand partner

• Comfortable working on-site in Paris with flexibility across working hours

• Eligibility to work in France (additional compliance requirements may apply due to the nature of the organisation)
