Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. s the Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales at 1Password, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the success, growth, and predictability of one of our Enterprise Sales teams within the EMEA region. This pivotal role involves managing day-to-day operations, coaching and developing team members, executing comprehensive sales strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive substantial revenue growth within the enterprise segment. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the Enterprise Sales teams achieve and exceed their targets, contributing significantly to the overall success of the company. This is a remote opportunity in the UK. What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in an enterprise sales role or related field, with a proven track record in enterprise sales across EMEA. This includes at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role internationally, preferably in a Cyber Security or SaaS environment.
- Proven success in negotiating deals with an annual contract value (ACV) of over $250k.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels, with the ability to confidently engage with executives and key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the security space, including the needs and concerns of key stakeholders such as CISOs, Enterprise Architects, SOC teams, and IT departments.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and refining sales methodologies to adapt to dynamic sales environments.
- Proficiency in using sales tools such as Salesforce.com , Looker, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends and present complex data and insights in a clear, understandable, and compelling manner to drive decision-making among various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day operations, creating and implementing processes, and driving team efficiency.
- Sales management experience with a focus on the EMEA region is a must.
- Bonus: Personal or professional experience with 1Password or similar password managers.
- Partner with the Director of Enterprise, EMEA to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with 1Password’s overall business objectives.
- Re-model the enterprise sales process in EMEA to align with a regional sales structure, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build out a robust pipeline generation program, including events, marketing, sales development, and upsell motions, that meets 1Password's objectives.
- Implement a pipeline inspection methodology to ensure a high-quality funnel is built and progressed effectively.
- Drive sales processes to ensure the effective qualification of deals, moving the pipeline efficiently through the funnel, and closing deals.
- Mentor and coach the sales team to ensure deals are built correctly for the business, creating a platform for future expansion.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and provide weekly reporting on initiatives, wins, and challenges to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Expand and develop the Enterprise Sales teams focused on sales in the UK & Ireland + 1 other EMEA region, including hiring, onboarding, career development, and performance management of direct reports.
- Implement processes and provide consistent coaching to ensure team efficiency and goal achievement.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to drive revenue growth predictability within the enterprise segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
