A growing Microsoft consultancy is seeking an experienced D365 Business Central Lead Developer to join its expanding ERP practice.

This is a senior, hands-on role offering end-to-end ownership of BC solution delivery — from design and development through to deployment and optimisation — within a modern, cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality AL extensions (SaaS)
• Lead full lifecycle BC implementations
• Develop secure integrations with Power Platform and Dataverse
• Manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
• Apply best practice coding, performance optimisation, and upgrade-safe design
• Contribute to AI/Copilot-driven innovation

Requirements

• 5+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem
• 3+ years hands-on development with Business Central
• Strong DevOps experience
• Power Platform integration experience
• Solid understanding of Azure AD
