Thispositionblendstraditionalinfrastructureskillswithmodernworkplacetechnologies,enablingclientstobuildsecure,scalable,andcollaborativeenvironments.Thesuccessfulcandidatewilltakehigh-leveldesignsandproducedetailedtechnicalsolutions,deliveringprojectssuchasinfrastructureupgrades,cloudmigrations,andMicrosoft365deployments.

KeyResponsibilities: Createanddeliverdetailedinfrastructuredesignscoveringservers,networking,andcloudintegrations.

LeadMicrosoft365andModernWorkplaceimplementations,includingExchangeOnline,Teams,SharePoint,andIntune.

ProvideendpointmanagementandsecuritysupportusingIntune,Autopilot,andMicrosoftDefender.

Workcloselywithcustomerstoassesstheirenvironmentsanddefinetransformationroadmaps.

Producetechnicaldocumentation,runworkshops,andhandoversolutionstointernalteamsorclients.

DiagnoseandresolvecomplexinfrastructureandMicrosoft365issuesinhybridenvironments.

Keepuptodatewithemergingtechnologiesandbestpracticesacrosscloudandinfrastructureservices.

KeyRequirements: 3/5yearsexperienceininfrastructureorMicrosoft365consultancywithinaManagedServiceProviderorITservicessetting.

StrongunderstandingofWindowsServer,ActiveDirectory,networking,andvirtualisationtechnologies.

Provenhands-onexperiencewithMicrosoft365services(ExchangeOnline,Teams,SharePoint,Intune).

KnowledgeofAzureAD,Autopilot,DefenderforEndpoint,andPowerShellscripting.

Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.

IndustrycertificationssuchasMS-102,AZ-104,orMD-102areadvantageous.

Desirable: Educationsectorexperience.
