Role: Interim Procurement Lead - Systems and Processes
Rate: £835 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Client: Leading Energy organisation
Duration: 12 months
Location: South-East England (60/40 hybrid)
A Procurement Lead to join a world-leader in Oil & Gas, in a key role for the development and implementation of Procurement and connected systems, and the associated procedures.
This role will provide Procurement functional input for system identification, implementation and optimisation, shaping procurement processes with a focus on control points and monitoring.
You will lead implementation of Procurement and Materials Management modules in their ERP and co-ordinate with ERP teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated, managing the implementation roadmap. You'll ead ERP System Configuration and Testing Oversight for Purchasing, Inventory management, Warehouse management and Supplier management modules.
You will develop and deliver training, carry our reporting for Procurement, Contracts and Compliance.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying Procurement systems and processes, e.g. P2P (Purchase to Pay) systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, or Dynamics), e-sourcing systems (Ariba OneSource) and Supplier Management systems (Avetta).
- Strong understanding of Procurement policy and processes.
- Procurement/supply chain experience, including experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in Procurement Analytics and developing clear management information.
- Experience dealing with production sharing agreements, technical services contract, concessionaire contract governance approvals.
