Chief Revenue Officer
A new exciting opportunity to join an award winning IT Services and Solutions Company based in the UK for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As a member of the Executive Leadership Team you will be accountable for driving predictable, sustainable, and scalable revenue growth across the organisation. This executive role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across all revenue‐generating teams, including Enterprise Sales, New Business Sales, Public Sector, SME & SOHO, Bid Management, SDR (Sales Development), Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations.
The CRO ensures alignment of go‐to‐market strategies, optimises the full revenue funnel, and champions a data‐driven, high‐performance culture.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a CRO, Chief Commercial Officer, VP of Sales, or senior revenue‐generating leadership role.
- Proven success scaling revenue across multiple segments (Enterprise, Public Sector, SME).
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to design pricing, deals, and revenue models.
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies and go‐to‐market frameworks.
- Strong track record of building and transforming high‐performing teams.
- Data‐driven leadership style with strong forecasting and financial literacy.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‐management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in subscription, SaaS, tech, telecoms, or service‐based industries.
- Background in scaling Rev/Ops capabilities.
- Experience of M&A integration
