SAP Administrator
1to1 are seekingseeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual documentation, ensuring compliance, chasing customers, creating invoices and supporting administrative functions across various projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office, SAP experience and proficient computer skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our organisation. The Contract Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication between departments and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contractual documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Creating invoices and Pos
- Data processing
- Maintain organised filing systems for contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure contract compliance and timely execution.
- Utilise Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools to update records and generate reports.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within QuickBooks and other relevant software platforms.
- Handle phone enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Support administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence.
- Monitor contract deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Assist in the organisation of contract-related meetings and record minutes as required.
Experience
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
- Must have SAP experience
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and managing contractual documentation is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills to facilitate efficient document preparation and data management.
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions. This role is ideal for candidates who are meticulous, proactive, and eager to support organisational success through effective contract management and administrative excellence.
