The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll combine your sales expertise with market research, headhunting, and relationship-building. You’ll engage with both clients and candidates - identifying top talent, negotiating offers, and closing high-value deals.
With typical deal sizes in the tens of thousands, success here means serious earning potential . Consultants regularly earn £40-50K in their first year , with six-figure salaries achievable by Year 3. One consultant recently earned £70K in commission from a single placement .
