AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions. You’ll mentor junior engineers, help strengthen a values-driven engineering culture, and play a key role in shaping product direction and driving large-scale business impact.

Tech Stack

Cloud ML platforms, Python, Spark, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

What You’ll Do

• Build high-impact AI/ML systems that deliver clear business outcomes.
• Leverage hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Design, implement, and maintain reliable ML pipelines and production-ready architectures.
• Collaborate across teams to enable data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Proven track record in designing and scaling ML architectures and pipelines.
• Strong expertise with cloud ML platforms, Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Experience deploying, operating, and optimizing ML models in production environments.
• Solid grounding in data modeling, governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Generative AI, LLMs, AutoML, MLOps/CI-CD experience.
• Real-time or streaming data experience.
• Domain experience in e-commerce, travel, or related sectors.
• Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives.
