What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering first-line and desktop IT support to internal staff
- Logging and managing tickets via the service desk
- Setting up and configuring laptops and desktop equipment
- Supporting Microsoft 365 users
- Assisting with user account administration
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Carrying out desk moves and equipment relocations
- Following established IT processes and security standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Basic knowledge of Windows 11
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Around 1 years’ experience in an IT support role is preferred.
Desirable:
- Exposure to Active Directory
- Basic networking knowledge
- An IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA A+ or similar)
