We’re partnering with a growing and innovative PropTech business to recruit a Business Development Manager to support their continued growth across the UK lettings market.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven, relationship-led sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, winning new business, and building long-term partnerships with letting agents.

Their solutions support letting agents with key parts of the tenancy journey, helping them save time, reduce friction, and deliver a better customer experience.

Role Details

Hours: 40 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday to Friday

Location: Field-based, home-based, and on the road

Contract: Full-time

Additional pay: Performance commission and bonus scheme

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, winning, and developing new business opportunities across the lettings sector.

You’ll play a key role in driving growth, representing the business in the market, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline
  • Identifying and engaging with letting agents to understand their needs
  • Confidently presenting the business’s products and services
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
  • Building long-term partnerships and supporting ongoing account growth
  • Working consistently towards targets, supported by commission and bonus schemes
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Representing the business professionally at meetings, events, and industry conversations
