Code Red Associates are working with a long term client who are actively looking to add a business analyst to their team on a 1 year FTC.

You will need to have  experience as a Business Analyst to support a major Idox Acolaid to Idox Uniform/SaaS cloud migration. This is a key role within a transformation programme, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, processes are optimised, and the transition is delivered smoothly with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for the migration from Acolaid to Uniform/SaaS cloud
• Engage with stakeholders across planning, building control and land charges functions
• Elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements
• Analyse current ("as-is") processes and design improved ("to-be") workflows
• Support data and migration activities, including data mapping and validation
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and project managers
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and local government requirements

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on system migration or transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of Idox Acolaid and Idox Uniform and/or Idox SaaS cloud (highly desirable)
• Experience working with local government, planning, or regulatory environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, process maps, user stories)
• Experience with data migration, integration, and testing processes
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Prince2 delivery methodologies
