KeyStone Project Manager (Housing Management)
£350 per day inside IR35

Code Red Associates are currently working with a long standing client of ours who are actively looking for a keystone replacement digital project manager to join the business on a contract basis.
You will lead and deliver the replacement of the existing keystone asset management system, ensuring a smooth transition to a new asset data platform. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including procurement, stakeholder engagement, data migration, system implementation, and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with local authority housing strategies and regulatory requirements.
Project Management & Delivery
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of Keystone replacement project, including all elements of planning, risk management, financial management, supplier management, procurement, and the realisation of value.
- Effectively forecast and deliver the project within defined costs and timescales against an agreed statement of works.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Keystone replacement asset management software, including configuration, integration, data migration, user training, and support transition.
- Build business cases and monitor outcomes against what was predicted, and ensure that all participants are informed and involved throughout the change and fully prepared to exploit new functionality once it is in place.
- Set and monitor project budgets, identifying where costs may exceed planned budget and take direct action to mitigate this.
- Agree desired outcomes and key deliverables with Project Sponsors. Ensure key deliverables are met. Identify and manage changes in project scope, timescale and budget, taking action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
- Identify and agree project milestones, produce and maintain up to date project plans, and report on project progress. Identify resource shortfalls and project delays. Lead project review meetings and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Allocate responsibilities and assign packages of work, ensuring that work packages are aligned with the particular skills and abilities of the individuals.
