Management Accountant

Full-time | Office-based

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join a top 40 firm of chartered accountants.

Whether you’re experienced in practice, moving from industry, or early in your accountancy career - this is a great opportunity to get involved in outsourced client services, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts. You’ll also support accounts preparation and play a key role in developing cloud accounting services using Xero, QBO, and Sage.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain bookkeeping records and prepare VAT returns
• Prepare periodic management accounts
• Review and update client records
• Answer queries and support clients in person and remotely
• Onboard clients to cloud platforms and deliver training
• Suggest system improvements and support migrations

What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience using Xero
• AAT qualified or working towards it (study support available)
• Great communicator and team player
• Organised, adaptable, and client-focused
