Programme Manager
Finstech Consulting are looking for a Programme Manager to work with our Insurance Broking client, within the Technology part of the business. Our client has implemented a global broking application which has some automated features that streamline the placement process. They are looking for an experienced, A.I. savvy programme manager to work with the global business to drive the incorporation of these new features into the business process.
The successful candidate will be hands-on and delivery focussed, with exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills, possessing a track record of managing the delivery of complex change programmes within large organisations. Commercial insurance experience is a nice to have, as is a working knowledge of A.I. developments and implementations, but the ability to quickly build trusted relationships with key business stakeholders is a must.
This is a strategically critical project so experience of dealing with tight deadlines and managing business prioritisation and expectations is also required. Due to the global nature of the rollout, experience of building great relationships with stakeholders remotely would also be very beneficial.
The successful candidate will ideally be based within commutable distance of Ipswich and London, but a remote role may be considered for the right person. The role is outside of IR35, on a SOW basis for which the specific deliverables are expected to take around 6 months to complete. This is a mature programme so is very stable, and a key pillar in the overall broking technology strategy within my client s roadmap, so there is a likelihood of additional work going forward. All necessary hardware will be provided by the client as access to their networks is required to successfully support the project.
