Business Administration Apprentice
3D Trans Ltd. are looking for a Level 3 Administration Apprentice to join our team and learn new skills, whilst bringing fresh ideas into the company. Seeking an apprentice to work within the traffic office to arrange transport bookings and complete a range of office-based tasks.
Role
We are looking for someone to join our team to be able to:
- Input transport and warehousing bookings
- To learn skills how to communicate with new and existing customers
- To work as part of a growing traffic team
- You will learn how organise driver paperwork in order to be able to input information into our various transport software packages to assist the traffic team in their day to day running of the operation
- You will be required to work accurately and with attention to detail, which are both key when completing administrative tasks
- Work in an organised and smooth manner, to ensure that we give the best possible service to all customers and stakeholders
Training
Business Administration, Level 3.
Fortnightly attendance at Riverside College, Widnes.
We offer further career prospects on the completion of the apprenticeship, whether that be for the person to remain within the administration role, or migrate into the traffic team. Other options are available in terms of accounts administration roles and warehousing activity. We believe in cross-training employees for them to be able to gain the most experience and make an informed decision of which part of the business they would see their future.
