π What Youβll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts across financial services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Drive client retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor β providing strategic insights and guidance on how clients can best leverage financial intelligence platforms.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Represent the business at key financial industry events and conferences, reinforcing market presence and client engagement.

- 3β5+ yearsβ experience in account management or client relationship management within B2B environments.
- A proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving retention and growth targets.
- Experience working with clients in financial services, SaaS, data, or other professional sectors.
- Confident engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and client-centric β focused on driving mutual success.
- Skilled in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with a data-driven approach to account strategy and performance.
