• Job Title: Partner Manager – EMEA - Iberia and Italy
• Salary Range: £100,000 - £115,000 (60/40 Split)
• Location / Working Model: London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
Our client is expanding its partner ecosystem across EMEA and is seeking an experienced Partner Manager – EMEA to strengthen relationships with strategic channel partners and drive regional growth. The role has been created as part of continued international expansion, reflecting strong demand for solutions that improve software quality, reliability and security across modern development teams.

The Partner Manager – Iberia & Italy will build, develop and expand relationships with consulting partners, system integrators, value-added resellers and technology alliances across the region.
Role Highlights – The Partner Manager – Iberia & Italy will:
– Identify, evaluate and recruit strategic partners across the Iberia and Italy
– Develop partner territory plans focused on pipeline growth and bookings
– Build executive relationships within partner organisations
– Lead joint business planning and quarterly business reviews
– Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to drive partner success
You Will Need – The role requires:
– 7+ years’ experience in channel or partner management within B2B software
– Professional language in Spanish or Italian
– Strong background in SaaS or subscription-based technology environments
– Proven success building high-performing partner ecosystems across EMEA
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at senior levels
– Experience working with key VAR partners such as Softcat, Bytes, Computacenter or Insight
