The Customer Success Manager will become a key partner to high-profile clients, leading seamless onboarding, driving product adoption, and nurturing long-term relationships to maximise value. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, communication, and making a measurable impact.
A big part of their growth is attributed to Germany, and they seek a German speaker to enable customers to speak in their tongue.
The Customer Success Manager will...
– Own the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to post-implementation success
– Lead training and best practice sessions across a diverse global client base
– Build trusted relationships across enterprise accounts, driving engagement and reducing churn
– Liaise with technical and product teams to surface client feedback and improve delivery
– Identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, and cross-sell within existing accounts
You will need...
– A 2:1 or above at university
– Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
– Proven ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
– A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for customer success
– Willingness to travel internationally to meet key clients face-to-face
