We're partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed technology business undergoing significant transformation and investment.

The business is evolving from a traditional acquisition model into a modern, product-led platform and is looking for an exceptional growth leader to build and scale the next phase of its customer acquisition and monetisation engine.

This is a highly strategic role with significant autonomy, budget ownership and visibility across the leadership team.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for designing and executing the growth strategy across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation through to conversion, retention and expansion.

The role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Revenue and Data, giving you the opportunity to influence both commercial performance and product direction.

You'll inherit a successful business with strong foundations, but there is significant opportunity to diversify channels, optimise the funnel and introduce new growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the end-to-end growth engine
  • Develop acquisition strategies across paid, organic, partnerships, referrals and emerging channels
  • Build lifecycle and nurture programmes that improve activation and conversion
  • Drive experimentation and conversion rate optimisation across the customer journey
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales and Data teams to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop attribution models, reporting frameworks and KPI ownership
  • Introduce AI, automation and scalable systems to accelerate growth
  • Build the roadmap for future growth investment and channel expansion

About You

  • Proven experience leading growth, demand generation or product growth functions
  • Background within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, technology platforms or similar high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, funnel optimisation and revenue growth
  • Deep knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM and experimentation frameworks
  • Commercially minded with a strong grasp of CAC, conversion metrics and growth analytics
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
  • Naturally curious, data-driven and highly proactive
  • Low ego, collaborative and thrives in fast-moving environments
