We’re working with a venture-backed AI SaaS business operating in the learning and workforce performance space.

They’re at a key inflection point, with strong product-market fit and now looking to build a scalable, revenue-driving marketing function.

They’re hiring a Head of Marketing to build the function from scratch — owning brand, demand generation and pipeline growth.

This is a content-led, AI-enabled role, ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The Role

• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy, with a focus on pipeline and revenue growth

• Define and sharpen brand positioning in a competitive market

• Build a content-led marketing engine, leveraging AI to scale output

• Design and deliver the first end-to-end marketing plan (managing ~£250K budget)

• Build and manage a demand generation function, including full funnel and lead lifecycle

• Partner closely with Sales to drive conversion and pipeline performance

• Act as the bridge between Marketing, Sales and Product

• Establish KPIs, reporting and attribution to demonstrate ROI

• Build the marketing function from scratch — team, structure and partners

What they’re looking for

• Experience building marketing functions in B2B SaaS / Tech / EdTech

• Strong track record in demand generation and revenue impact

• Experience with content-led growth strategies

• Comfortable operating in a greenfield, high-growth environment

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing to revenue

• Hands-on and proactive, able to balance strategy and execution

• Experience using AI within marketing workflows
