With strong revenue growth already established and ambitious plans to more than double in size over the coming years, the business is investing heavily in its commercial engine.

The Head of Business Development will drive net-new client acquisition while helping evolve the organisation’s outbound sales capability. This is a player-manager role combining hands-on enterprise sales with leadership of business development activity and pipeline generation.
Role Highlights
- Own new business revenue targets across managed IT, cloud infrastructure and cyber security services
- Generate pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and tender opportunities
- Lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders and convert opportunities into long-term clients
- Mentor and elevate a BDR team, improving prospecting quality and outbound strategy
- Partner with technical and marketing teams to design compelling, solution-led proposals
You Will Need
- Demonstrated success winning net-new accounts within IT services, cloud or managed services
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline independently
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen to translate technical solutions into clear business value
