We’re working with a globally recognised live entertainment organisation that is investing heavily in the future of its digital marketing capability. As part of a significant transformation programme, our client is building a brand-new in-house paid media function to support a portfolio of high-profile events across multiple international markets.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of that journey, helping shape processes, influence strategy and make an immediate commercial impact within a fast-growing team.

The Paid Media Lead / Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across a dedicated regional market, driving ticket sales through highly effective digital advertising. You’ll work closely with the Head of Paid Media to establish best practice, improve performance and help build a scalable centre of excellence from the ground up.

Role Highlights

  • Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, with growing activity on TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Be highly implementation focused, with a hands-on approach to campaign delivery and optimisation.
  • Build and manage campaigns from the ground up, ensuring strong commercial performance and return on investment.
  • Analyse campaign performance, tracking and data to identify opportunities and continuously optimise results.
  • Work confidently across platforms with strong technical expertise and a clear understanding of media tracking and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaign launches across multiple live events.
  • Strong project management skills will be essential to coordinate activity across fast-moving campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Help establish scalable paid media processes as the new in-house function continues to grow.
  • Support wider talent development as the team evolves, including helping identify interim talent and future perm talent as part of a move toward a more centralised team structure.

You Will Need

  • Experience managing high-performing paid social campaigns.
  • Proven expertise across Meta Ads Manager, with experience using TikTok and Snapchat advertising platforms.
  • Strong technical platform knowledge, with hands-on experience in implementation, tracking and data-led optimisation.
  • A commercially focused mindset with the ability to make confident decisions using imperfect or evolving data.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience delivering measurable acquisition and revenue growth.
  • International market experience is highly desirable, with language or regional expertise preferred.
  • Native or fluent language skills for your allocated market (Spanish, Dutch or German preferred). Candidates with extensive experience managing market campaigns using English will also be considered.
