Our client is entering an exciting phase of growth as they scale their homeownership and mortgages proposition within a fintech ecosystem. This international fintech is going through a steady period of growth and a great time to join and lead a brand new Product from the ground up.

About the Role:

The Principal Product Manager will define and drive the long-term roadmap for developing a brand new mortgages proposition.

The Principal Product Manager will own proposition viability, balancing user needs, commercial opportunity and technical complexity while guiding cross-functional teams towards clear, confident decisions.

Role Highlights

• Define and sequence the new global mortgages roadmap aligned to strategic goals
• Lead structured discovery to validate desirability, viability and feasibility
• Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into focused workstreams
• Drive informed trade-offs across UX, revenue and build constraints
• Partner with Design, Data and Commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes

You Will Need

• Product Leadership from a well-recognised FinTech or insuretech.
• Proven experience shaping new product propositions from first principles
• Strong product judgement within complex or regulated environments
• Commercial awareness with a value-exchange mindset
• Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders without direct line authority

• Digital Mortgage product experience advantageous
