🎯 The Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for users exploring the platform. You'll guide them through how the product works, explain the value of different subscription plans, and position the platform’s tech-powered learning experience as the right solution for their needs.

You'll work with warm inbound leads, using consultative conversations to demonstrate how the platform’s smart matching, AI-enhanced insights, and safeguarding standards create an exceptional learning experience. It’s a role that blends product expertise, digital fluency, and commercial drive.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging inbound leads and introducing them to the platform’s technology and service model
  • Having consultative conversations to understand goals and recommend the right subscription plan
  • Guiding users through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the product
  • Maintaining accurate CRM notes and follow-ups in HubSpot
  • Collaborating with Customer Success to ensure continuity from first contact to engaged platform user
  • Sharing insights with Marketing and Sales Ops to improve the user acquisition experience

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales, ideally in Subscription, EdTech, or other technology-driven or premium markets
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate product value clearly
  • Strong organisation and CRM discipline
  • Understanding of the UK education landscape is an advantage
  • A proactive, tech-friendly mindset suited to a fast-paced start-up
