SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER – GLOBAL B2B SOFTWARE PLATFORM

This is a rare opportunity to join a globally operating tech business delivering complex, mission-critical software used by professionals in high-pressure environments every day.

This is a brand-new senior IC role within a growing international design team. You’ll play a key role in reimagining legacy systems into a modern web platform, shaping intricate workflows, influencing product direction, and having a genuine impact on how specialist users perform their jobs.

• Someone who genuinely enjoys untangling complexity - you light up when faced with messy, multi-step workflows and take pride in bringing clarity and structure to challenging systems
• Someone who is deeply curious about users - you don’t jump to solutions; you immerse yourself in the problem space, especially where access to users is limited or environments are regulated
• A designer who leans heavily into UX (around 70%) - comfortable leading research, shaping journeys and defining problems, but who also has the UI maturity to bring elegant, structured interfaces to life
• Someone who wants influence without management - you’re a strong senior IC who enjoys shaping thinking, elevating standards and supporting others, without needing formal line management responsibility
• A digital product thinker who collaborates effortlessly - you’re comfortable working across time zones, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, and contributing proactively in a distributed team

What you're great at

• Designing end-to-end product experiences within SaaS or enterprise platforms - especially where workflows are layered, data-heavy or operationally complex
• Running thoughtful user research from discovery through synthesis and translating insights into structured, testable solutions
• Crafting journeys, flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, knowing when to stay lo-fi and when to sharpen the detail
• Bringing order to interfaces, working confidently within (and contributing to) design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across products
• Partnering with Product & Engineering in agile environments, influencing roadmap conversations and articulating the “why” behind your decisions
• Navigating regulated or complex industries (fintech, government, enterprise systems, health, etc.) where workflows matter more than aesthetics
• Staying curious about analytics and AI, whether that’s instrumenting product behaviour, exploring AI-assisted design tools, or thinking about how emerging tech shapes user experience
