• £80,000 – £100,000 + Bonus + Equity

We’re partnered with a fast-growing Salesforce-native company making big moves in the telephony integration space. Following several acquisitions, they’re unifying a suite of voice products with a clear focus on delivering best-in-class integrations between Microsoft Teams and Salesforce.

They’re now hiring a hands-on Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of the telephony product suite. This is more than just a role — it’s an opportunity to grow with the business and shape its product future as they continue to scale.

What we’re looking for:

You're a technically strong product leader with a SaaS or engineering background, comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving environments.

• Solid experience with APIs and product architecture
• Deep knowledge of telephony (SIP, PBX, WebRTC, latency, call flows)
• Hands-on experience building Microsoft Teams integrations (Graph API, bots, tabs, messaging extensions, call routing)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure (especially automation and configuration)
• Experience building native Salesforce experiences (Sales/Service Cloud)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Able to lead strategic conversations with clients while staying close to the details

The role:

You’ll take over product responsibilities from the founder and shape both short-term execution and long-term strategy. This is a highly visible role with potential to evolve into a VP of Product position.

• Own the product roadmap and vision
• Lead an international development team
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Engineering
• Drive go-to-market readiness and messaging
• Turn customer insight into meaningful product improvements

Working model:

• Remote-first (UK-based candidates only)
• Flexible hours to work across UK, EU, and other time zone
• Monthly in-person meetups with the UK team
