The Graduate Systems Analyst will work closely with senior leadership and the Systems Manager to improve internal systems, support business growth, and help shape the organisation’s digital roadmap.

Role Highlights

• Identify system inefficiencies and propose practical improvements
• Brief developers, test features, and support system rollouts
• Work with AI tools to automate and optimise processes
• Support data analysis and reporting for business decisions

You Will Need

• STEM or Computer Science degree (or equivalent experience)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Interest in AI, automation, or systems improvement
• SQL knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
• Self-starter attitude with strong communication skills
