Our client is expanding its direct-to-consumer ecommerce capability and investing heavily in digital growth across multiple international markets. This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of established online stores while shaping their future performance. You’ll join a business that values data-led decision making, continuous improvement and collaboration across marketing, product and operations teams to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

The Ecommerce Website Manager will take full ownership of day-to-day website trading and optimisation, ensuring high-performing, reliable ecommerce experiences across regions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Ecommerce Website Manager will balance technical delivery with commercial priorities to unlock growth in conversion, average order value and revenue.

Role Highlights-

– Manage multi-region DTC websites, ensuring strong trading performance

– Deliver product launches, campaigns and promotional activity

– Own the development roadmap with external agency partners

– Drive CRO initiatives through testing, analysis and iteration

– Maintain site performance, uptime and technical reliability

You Will Need-

– Demonstrate strong ecommerce management experience across markets

– Bring hands-on Shopify expertise (themes, apps, configuration)

– Have proven success managing agencies and development pipelines

– Understand CRO tools and data-led optimisation techniques

– Analyse performance using GA4 and related analytics platforms
