Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Greater London for a Senior Developer Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable and strong communicator, responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Daily responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
MUST already be in UK and able to commute to London City on a regular basis
7+ years prior experience in development roles
Qualifications
- ESSENTIAL Full Java stack proficiency
- ESSENTIAL Experience with REACT
- Familiarity with LLM development and implementation desirable
- UX design experience is desirable
- Market Data experience is a plus
- Expertise in Software Development and proficiency in Programming
- Proven experience in Team Leadership and effectively mentoring team members
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience working with Web Applications
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field desirable
