About the Role

We are looking for Principal Consultants that come from an Architecture background, ideally with experience designing digital products, APIs, and end-to-end systems. This is for someone who wants to move beyond pure delivery into a role that combines technical leadership with shaping and influencing client work.

You’ll be expected to play an active role in shaping and winning work. Working with clients to identify opportunities, structuring problems, and contributing to proposals and solution design. This is not a quota-carrying role, but commercial awareness and client influence are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

Design/Architecture

Design and deliver end-to-end architecture solutions for digital products, enterprise platforms, and complex integration-heavy systems. This includes defining scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures using modern design patterns such as APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

You’ll be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into robust architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with best practices and long term strategic goals. This involves evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, defining system interactions, and ensuring seamless integration across internal and external services.

You will also consider key non functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability, while guiding development teams through implementation and ensuring architectural consistency across the delivery lifecycle.
