Pay Rates: £16.35 - £21.23 per hour Umbrella Rate
Information the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Application Support Officer to join a busy and innovative team supporting Social Care and Enterprise Applications within a large and complex organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong application support experience, excellent technical problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of Social Care systems such as Liquidlogic and ContrOCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and develop Social Care and Enterprise Applications
- Provide database maintenance and application support
- Investigate and resolve technical and business issues within SLA targets
- Work closely with stakeholders, service managers, and third-party suppliers
- Support system integrations and digital solutions
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure secure application access and user support
- Support application lifecycle management and service improvements
- Work within Agile, ITIL, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks
Essential Requirements:
- Experience supporting enterprise or social care applications
- Knowledge of Liquidlogic, ContrOCC, or similar case management systems
- Strong database maintenance and support experience
- Experience working in large and complex environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with Agile and ITIL methodologies
Desirable
- Local Government or Public Sector experience
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools such as iServer
- TOGAF or Agile certifications
