Trainer – Liquidlogic System Implementation
Contract Role | £400 per day
Location: Across Northamptonshire (4 days on site, 1 day working from home)
Mileage expenses between county sites covered
 
We are implementing a new Liquidlogic social care system and is seeking experienced Trainers to lead the delivery of training to approximately 1,200 staff. This role is critical to ensuring users are confident and competent in using the new system from day one.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions both in-person and virtually to end users across various sites.
• Provide post-training support, answer user queries, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Create and maintain clear, user-friendly training materials, guides, and documentation.
• Adapt training content and delivery style to suit different roles, teams, and digital abilities.
• Support the successful adoption of Liquidlogic systems through hands-on guidance and practical demonstrations.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience training users on Liquidlogic social care software (LAS, LCS, EHM, or related modules).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of learners.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites with some remote delivery.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and resolve issues in real-time.
