Mosaic Consultant

Our local authority client based in North West London are urgently seeking an experienced Mosaic Consultant.

*£450 a day Outside IR35

Summary

An experienced Mosaic Consultant with good strong technical skills for form building and process configuration is required to support the delivery of enhancements to Children’s Services forms and processes.

The consultant will lead on managing the Change Board, information gathering and project management, liaising with key stakeholders within Children’s Services and the Mosaic Service to prioritise and progress change requests.

The consultant is required to train and mentor a member of the team over the duration of the contract with the objective for the trainee to be able to successfully and confidently take over the position of Children’s Business Analyst.

The consultant is required to form a working practitioner group to support the change process and to carry out thorough UAT ensuring front end user involvement is at the forefront of change.

Identification of any training and development requirements, alongside transition processes and handover to business-as-usual processes with clear instructions for ongoing management and support by the Mosaic Team Children’s Business Analyst.

The consultant will report to the Mosaic Service Team Manager.

Service Description ("Service") /Project Scope

• Consultant onboarding and initial meetings with the Mosaic Service Team Manager, Business Analyst, Childrens Services Assistant Directors and key stakeholders.
• Review of the current change requests and priorities, development of a project plan.
• Progressing Childrens Change Requests
• Formation of the working practitioner group.
• Development and configuration of enhancements to forms and processes.
• Regular meetings with the working practitioner group for feedback, UAT and adjustments.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with front-end user involvement.
• Identification of training and development requirements.
• Training of mosaic colleague to impart knowledge and skills to become a Childrens Business Analyst.
• Preparation of transition processes and handover documentation to BAU
• Detailed report to the Mosaic Service Team Manager and updated Change Request Board plan.
