PMO Analyst

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £500 per day paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract
  
As our PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of a key integration programme following a successful acquisition. You’ll use your analytical expertise to projects and programs, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies, and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance, guidelines, and best practices.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Governance & Control: Implement and maintain project governance standards, ensuring consistent tracking of milestones, risks, actions and deliverables.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage dashboards and status reports using tools like KeyedIn, Power BI and Excel. Provide insights through SLA/KPI tracking and variance analysis.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate onboarding / offboarding and maintain resource allocation schedules.
  • Quality Management: Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on PMO processes and tools.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Maintain programme logs, coordinate mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution and ensure that Project Managers are compliant at a project level.
  • Delivery Oversight: Own and update the programme / project plans where necessary whilst ensuring that plans are maintained by Project Managers to a high standard (e.g., KeyedIn, Excel).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Draft executive updates, facilitate alignment meetings, and support communication strategies.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to standards and audit readiness. Promote process improvements, automation and develop best practice templates for future integration programmes
  
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (KeyedIn experience desired)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience in financial tracking and reporting.
