We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join a growing technology business operating within the insurance, broker and software distribution market.
This is a strategic account management role focused on driving revenue growth, increasing customer value and building long-term relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will manage relationships with insurers, MGAs and brokers, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs, commercial priorities and distribution strategies.
The Role
As Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key enterprise relationships. You will lead account planning, identify commercial opportunities, support retention and growth, and negotiate contract agreements.
You will work closely with internal sales, product and operational teams to align customer requirements with business capabilities and deliver scalable, long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers and partners.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Deliver revenue, retention and strategic growth objectives.
- Create and maintain account plans with clear targets and milestones.
- Identify opportunities for up-sell, cross-sell and improved customer value.
- Negotiate commercial and contract agreements.
- Use data and management information to provide insight and support account growth.
- Produce regular reports and updates for senior management.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and customer priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and delivered.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong account management experience within an insurance provider, broker, MGA, software house or technology business.
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships.
- A background in sales, relationship management and contract negotiation.
- Good understanding of the general insurance market, including personal and commercial lines.
- Knowledge of broker, intermediary or distribution channels.
- Experience using data and insight to support customer growth and performance.

Qualifications
- GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent, at grade C or above.
- Degree level qualification preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Professional insurance qualification preferred but not essential.
- Full valid driving licence or ability to travel.
