Just met with the CTO of a leading SaaS platform who’s looking to bring in a talented Java Developer to join their growing team.

They’re aiming for a Jan/Feb 2026 start, but are ready to interview now — so if you’d like to lock in a new role before Christmas and start fresh in the new year, this one’s worth a look.

• Java

• Cypress

Location & Culture:

• Fully remote setup, but the dev team are all based around Reading/Wokingham
• They meet up in Wokingham once a week — so you’ll need to be within reasonable distance to join in
• Collaborative, product-focused environment with a genuine investment in engineering best practices

Salary & Perks:

• Up to £65,000 base
• 10% bonus
