An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SAP Security & Identity Management Consultant to support the design and delivery of security solutions within SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
This role focuses on protecting SAP systems and data by implementing effective identity management, access controls, and security policies to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, or disruption.
You will play a key role in designing and implementing SAP security roles, segregation of duties controls, security workflows and access provisioning solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement SAP Security Roles within SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and governance
- Configure security role provisioning and workflow solutions
- Work with stakeholders and product teams to translate business requirements into security designs
- Configure and document SAP security and authorisation solutions
- Support application teams by resolving incidents, improving systems and reducing technical debt
- Contribute to project planning and delivery, ensuring security deliverables meet objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve security using latest SAP S/4 HANA capabilities
- Conduct security assessments and ensure best practice information security management
- 5+ years SAP S/4 HANA experience, with a focus on security and implementation
- Strong experience with SAP Security & Authorisations
- Experience with SAP Fiori and HANA database security
- Experience delivering SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementations or equivalent certified knowledge
- Strong experience producing technical documentation
- Understanding of role-based access control and security governance
- Experience in SAP Access Control or Process Control
- Knowledge of internal controls and security compliance frameworks
- Previous experience in a consulting or advisory environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation capabilities
This role is based in Guildford with hybrid working available, alongside flexible working arrangements.
