The Company
We’re working with an established software business within the property technology space, based in Central London. They are looking to hire a Software Support Analyst to join an existing support function, providing high-quality support to an external client base.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting property management systems who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and delivering excellent service.
Experience Required
You will ideally have experience supporting one or more of the following systems:
- TRAMPS
- BlueBox
- o6ix
- Mojo
- Estateman
OR experience supporting another property management software system.
Role Overview
The Support team acts as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring all issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
As a Software Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing effective application support, helping customers resolve technical and functional queries, and ensuring service levels are maintained.
You’ll play an important role in representing the business positively through clear communication and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting and resolution steps.
- Use remote desktop tools where required to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Log and manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring tickets are accurately recorded, categorised and prioritised.
- Prioritise support requests based on urgency and business impact.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and third parties, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Technical Skills
- Strong general technical understanding, with the ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical users.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is beneficial but not essential.
