Full-Cycle Account Executive (SMB)
• Own the full sales cycle.
• Work directly with the founder.
• Help scale a real SaaS business.
The role
This is a true full-cycle role. You’ll manage deals end-to-end:
lead → discovery → demo → trial → close → onboarding
Most leads are inbound, but this is not passive. You’re expected to follow up, re-engage, and drive momentum.
What you’ll do
• Run discovery with advisers, paraplanners, ops teams
• Deliver tailored demos
• Support and convert free trials
• Close SMB / mid-market deals
• Run onboarding and handover to CS
• Keep a clean, active pipeline in Attio
What we’re looking for
• Strong ownership. You own your pipeline.
• Coachable. You’re comfortable learning a proven playbook.
• Organised. Never drop threads, good CRM hygiene
• Curious. Ask good questions, listen carefully, and guide the conversation.
• Comfortable with technical products in a regulated environment (AI, integrations, compliance)
This is not for you if:
• You only want to do outbound or only closing
• You need constant direction
• You prefer a slow environment

• Running calls independently
• Converting trials consistently
• Clean pipeline, no dropped opportunities
• Smooth onboarding + handovers
Helpful but not required:
- Experience in UK Financial Advice market
- B2B SaaS/fintech sales experience.
- Experience in financial services or wealth management.
Package
• Base + commission (tied to revenue closed)
• Remote (UK hours)
