Service Desk Analyst - Leeds (100% onsite, 5 days a week) - £25,000 – £35,000 + up to 20% bonus

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced IT support team based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in IT.

You’ll be supporting a large user base of 1000+ employees, working across a mix of technologies, and gaining exposure to both 1st and 2nd line support. With strong progression opportunities and a collaborative team environment, this is a great next step for someone looking to grow quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business
  • Handling 20–40 tickets per day in a busy service desk environment
  • Troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, and network access
  • Supporting users with:
  • Windows and Mac OS
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • VPN connectivity
  • Mobile devices
  • Managing tickets via ServiceNow
  • Supporting device management using Jamf
  • Delivering excellent customer service on every interaction
  • Escalating complex issues when needed and following through to resolution

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
  • Strong knowledge ideally of the following:
  • Windows OS and Mac
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)
  • VPN troubleshooting
  • Mobile device support
  • Jamf (desirable)
  • AzureAD/
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of enthusiasm
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
