The Role: Own the Design Vision

We’re searching for a world-class, product-obsessed UX/UI designer who combines clarity, craft, taste, and speed. Someone who can take the founder’s vision and turn it into beautifully simple products, global-ready branding, and interfaces that feel effortless. You will be able to work across mobile (iOS and Android), web interfaces, web portal, website, and investor decks.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience and a portfolio that clearly demonstrates a clean, minimalistic design style. Familiarity with the Japandi aesthetic, or a similar blend of simplicity and warmth, is highly desirable.

Creativity, collaboration, and the ability to interpret and execute the founder’s design vision are essential. Experience within beauty, fashion, or challenger-brand environments would be a valuable bonus.

Ultimately, we are looking for a skilful UX/UI product designer who can take full ownership of all visual design across the company, someone with a clean, minimal style who can create beautiful, simple interfaces for mobile apps, dashboards, and a web portal, while also shaping brand assets, marketing visuals, and presentation decks. Effectively, you will become the company’s main designer, responsible for maintaining consistency, building design systems, and supporting multiple fast-moving projects.

The ideal candidate will be a Figma specialist who can seamlessly switch between product design, dashboards, mobile UI, presentations, and marketing creative. You’ll help unify the visual identity and ensure every touchpoint feels clear, cohesive, and distinctly the client’s

What we are looking for:

• Experience creating clean, modern, thoughtful interfaces in Figma (mandatory)
• Designing dashboards, mobile apps, and multi-platform experiences (Android & iOS)
• Turning extremely complex ideas into stunningly simple products
• Moving seamlessly between product, brand, and marketing
• Working quickly without sacrificing craft
• Experience working in Google first environments
• Experience with Squarespace is a plus, though we are open to new platforms
• Building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Up-levelling visual storytelling for pitches, investors & partners
• Collaborating with engineering & research to bring ideas to life

If you have experience in modern consumer/challenger brands , that’s a big plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is your taste level and your ability to make products feel beautifully simple.
